This mail order program is designed to save Rhode Islanders 35% to 60% on their prescription medications. Consumers in Rhode Island can compare prices and start the enrollment process.

	Enrollment Forms may be completed on–line, downloaded and printed from your computer by clicking on Enroll now or scrolling to the enrollment section below.
	Visit your physician to review your medications and medical history.. If acceptable to the prescribing physician, each prescription should be written for a 3-month supply of medication with 3 refills. This will allow our pharmacies to automatically ship your medications after confirming your continued need for a one-year period. New-to-you medications must be tried for a period of 30-days before ordering through RIMEDS.
	To place your initial order, your completed Enrollment Form and the original prescriptions can be faxed directly from your Physician’s fax machine toll free to 1-866-715-6337. The original prescriptions will then remain on file with your Physician. OR The completed Enrollment Form and the original prescriptions can be mailed to:
